Nashville Therapy Angela edit 1.jpg

I am a LADAC-II candidate, and I have been helping others for the past 15 years. I served as Director of Programming for a community center on Manhattan’s Upper West Side where I held groups for recovery and self-care in addition to working with individuals and their families. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies and History, a Masters of Divinity in Systemic Theology and Religious Education and a Master of Education in Teaching and Leadership. I utilize the Twelve Steps, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness with clients to help them reach their recovery goals. In addition to working at NCTP, I am a teacher at Genesis Academy, a therapeutic academic environment for students who are experiencing developmental, behavioral and/or intense emotional challenges. I would be honored to meet with you and to explore how I might assist in your personal journey.  I offer consultations prior to initial appointments by request.
