Trauma and DIssociation Support Group

This is a support group for those who have experienced childhood trauma and are struggling with the long-term impacts of that trauma. It is most appropriate for those who struggle with significant dissociation including those with DID, OSDD, and complex PTSD. Many trauma survivors feel very alone and like no one will understand their experience. This group will provide support from others who understand what it was like to grow up with childhood trauma and the long-lasting effects that come with that.

You are not alone. There are others who had similar experiences. This support group is not a process group where we will be talking about specific details of traumatic experiences. It is appropriate for all stages of trauma treatment, however you should have some basic grounding skills and be able to stay somewhat regulated during group.

This group is 2.5 hours and $50 per meeting. It meets twice monthly on Saturdays. Please contact us to see if this group is a good fit for you.

Note: Group participants are required to be in individual therapy with a therapist.
