I believe that therapy is a space to tell your unique story, where your lived experience will be received, honored, and validated without judgment. I support clients through a variety of challenges, such as individuals and families grappling with trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, and depression. My ideal client is someone who is seeking a safe space to explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience. Whether you're struggling with past traumas, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or overwhelmed by the weight of anxiety and depression, I'm here to support you on your journey towards healing and growth.

As a mental health counselor, I bring a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, drawing from various modalities to tailor treatment to your unique needs. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care and informed by systemic perspectives, recognizing the interconnectedness of individual experiences within broader contexts. I offer a LGBT-affirming environment where authenticity and humor are valued, fostering a sense of acceptance and belonging. Together, we'll work collaboratively to uncover underlying patterns, develop insight, and cultivate skills to navigate life's challenges with resilience and empowerment.

In my free time I enjoy reading, crocheting, thrifting, baking, and spending time with my cat.
