Are you having a hard time feeling close and attuned to your child? Is your child struggling with adjusting to school and making friends? Does your child seem overly frustrated, overwhelmed, or upset? Sometimes developing a healthy relationship with your child can feel unnatural and difficult. This makes it feel overwhelming as parents since you really want to love and support your child. I commonly work with children who have sensory issues, difficulties socializing, and behavioral concerns. I also work with parents who are interested in learning new and effective ways of interacting with their children.

I help parents learn evidence based strategies of creating connection and communication with their children. My trauma-informed approach can help your child handle distressing emotions and learn healthy ways to communicate with you and their peers. I can help you feel more confident in your parenting and calmer when handling conflict with your child.

Seeking help can oftentimes feel overwhelming and exhausting. I want to hear your story and help you find relief. I particularly enjoy working with parent child attachment and adoption. I invite you to call or email me to schedule an intake or phone consultation. I encourage you to take the first step and reach out today to see if we could be a good fit.
