It takes a lot of bravery to lean into painful places, but I want you to know; you are not alone. I strive to create a safe space where you feel empowered to begin your journey of healing, exploring, and rediscovery.

My therapeutic approach to counseling is holistic, integrative, and relational, with an understanding that counseling is not “one size fits all.” I weave together evidence-based practices based on my clients' unique stories, needs, and personalities. I seek to learn and fully understand your story, who you are, and how I might best support you through your personal journey of healing and transformation.

I value approaching our time together as my whole and human self while inviting you to do the same. My hope is to bring curiosity, compassion, and stability to this collaborative process while moving forward towards your therapeutic goals. I am trained to work with clients across the lifespan, with a spectrum of mental health concerns. My specialties and areas of experience are in working with those with trauma, addiction, grief and loss, life transitions, and those who struggle with boundary work.

Apart from my work, I find joy in being with friends and family, exploring new recipes (that may or may not end up burnt!), hiking different trails, or snuggling up with my cat Sami for movie marathons.
