You might be searching for a therapist because, right now, life feels difficult to navigate alone. Maybe you're ready to break free from patterns that no longer serve you, to improve interpersonal relationships, to change your relationship with substances, or to simply learn how to cope with life on life's terms. I believe that change is possible no matter the challenges you're facing, how they came to be, or how long you've been dealing with them. From a place of non-judgmental curiosity, unconditional empathy, and sometimes, a kind challenge, I'll help you uncover unhelpful or unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors which might be keeping you stuck. With your goals in mind, we'll work together to align those thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to who you are today, and who you hope to become.
I am a Master's level therapist who feels honored to sit with my clients during their therapeutic journey. My own lived experiences provide me wisdom, compassion, and resilience, and I understand how 'big' life can feel when you feel unsupported or alone. I'm here to be a safe and stable place for you, and you don't have to face life alone.
My therapeutic approach blends trauma-informed therapies including Brainspotting, with cognitive, behavioral, and systems therapies to help you meaningfully address blockages in your life. With warmth, empathy, and a focus on your preferences and needs, I hope to create a safe space for you to begin healing. I believe healing happens through safe connection, and I look forward to connecting with you.
I work with individuals and couples, and offer an accepting and affirming space for clients from all walks of life, and of all identities.
In my free time, I enjoy running, eating at the same restaurants over and over, reading, and spending time with my two dogs.
