Group Therapy for Teens Ages 14-18

Teen girls' group will be a safe space to learn, grow, and connect. This group is for all cis and trans girls, as well as non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of teen girls. This is a skills based group that will include topics such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, acceptance, and building self-esteem. We will engage in collaborative dialogue around individual and relational issues. We will use psychoeducational handouts, expressive arts activities, and discussion to address a topic each week. The group will be flexible to allow topics to shift based on group member needs.
Group Details:
Time: Every other Wednesday 3:30PM-5:00PM beginning August 11th, 2021
Cost: $40/session
Location: Virtual Group with eventual plan to return in office.
